The customer support of Powertronix is at disposal of the whole Clients of the Company to grant a professional, qualified and accurate service able to satisfy, with quickness and accurancy the demands,coming from Italy and abroad.
The Technical support during the period of guarantee (18 months starting from the UPS shipment’s date ) will be supplied c/o our "lab" or c/o the location where the equipment is placed from highly specialized staff and according to course of action well established from a multi year experience.
The Assistance Service "never" leave the customer, not even at the natural ending time of the guarantee, P. offers for all own products agreement of assistance ad hoc able to schedule inspections of monitoring of the installed equipment, interventions taken in advance and/or maintenance c/o the Customer's office ,as well as the continuous information about the technical evolution of the whole range of our products.
The Technical Assistance Centre cover both the Italian Territory through the net of Authorized Centres Powertronix and also abroad thanks to partners distribuiting and cooperating with Powertronix.
